The work.
We selected, configured and put into service an existing AI tool to prepare scan analysis ahead of surgeries. The project covers choosing the tool and integrating it into case preparation. The clinical team remains responsible for interpretation and decisions.
The context.
Manual scan review before surgery took clinical team time, on a task that repeats with every case.
The analysis arrives already prepared when the team reviews it. Clinical reading and decisions stay with the team.
Existing tools.
Choosing a tool is one part of the work. We also configure it, connect it to the systems in place and help the people who will use it.
