The paid diagnostic starts with a review of your processes and tools. We talk to the people doing the work to understand repetitive tasks, back-and-forth exchanges and the information they need. We identify tasks that could improve and recommend solutions for your needs.
02Design
We define what the solution needs to do and how it fits your operations. We identify the tools to connect, the role of the people using them and the project’s limits. The implementation proposal brings these choices together so you can decide how to proceed.
03Build
Depending on the need, we configure the selected tools or develop the software. You can try the solution and tell us what works and what needs to change. Those conversations help us check the intended uses and make adjustments based on real working situations.
04Deploy
Putting the solution into use includes setting up access and connecting it to existing tools. We help the people who will use it and document the steps they need day to day. Together, we check that everyone knows how to use it and who to contact when a question comes up.
05Evolve
Using the solution shows what works and what could be adjusted. We take user feedback and everyday difficulties into account. We discuss possible improvements and next steps with you, based on the project.
