The work brings supplier inventory data into a single process, from receiving files to calculating margins and replenishment thresholds. Quality checks take place before people consult the data in the internal applications. The platform is running in production.
The context.
Tracking lived in scattered supplier files, in formats that changed from one delivery to the next, and margin was calculated on bases that could not be compared.
Teams consult their own reports without going through anyone, margin is calculated on a comparable basis from one reference to the next, and replenishment is no longer done by hand.
